Mobile Pilates

Elevate Pilates is primarily a mobile pilates company. That means that we come to you! Save time on travelling, save money on expensive gym fees and best of all save yourself the stress of struggling to fit exercise into your busy life. We take the hassle out of exercise by bringing it right to you!

How does it work?

Elevate Pilates specialises in quality group pilates classes that meet your specific needs. Our classes run in eight week blocks. Simply get a group of friends, work mates, mums or even a sports team together and then give us a call. Whether in a board room or in a church hall, the beauty of mat pilates is that we can set up just about anywhere!

Who can do it?

The good news is that pilates is for everyone. The benefits are significant to those who adopt pilates as a lifestyle. Elevate Pilates screens all clients to make sure that they are suitable for classes. So if you are pregnant, suffer from stiff joints, struggling with old sports injuries or just wanting to strengthen, stretch and tone we can look after you! One of the great things about our service is because we don't have expensive venue overheads we are able to offer you quality pilates classes well below the standard rate you would pay in a studio.
